After comprehensive discussion, detailed review and necessary due diligence, the structured acquisition was put together by
Steve Davis, General Manager of SCTelcom, Zack Odell, Director of Operations at SCTelcom, and Ryan Beisner, founder of Verity
Information Systems, other executive staff and the SCTA Board of Directors.
To further develop develop client IT support and network management services, Ryan Beisner has joined SCTelcom as Systems
Analyst.
