VTYI: Billing & Payment Methods
We accept PAYPAL. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We are also happy to set up a net terms account with your business so that you can pay by company check (WAC). Depending on the size of your order, past payment history, and other factors, we may require pre-payment in some instances.
Hosting accounts and other subscription and contract services are billed annually or monthly in advance of the service period (depending on the terms of your agreement).
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of equipment, software and services. If there is anything we can do to assist with your items, please contact us. We will be eager to help resolve any issues that may arise.
Please be aware that our official refund policy is that there will be a 25% restocking fee for returns of any and all equipment, software, licenses, warranty plans. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which may be obtained by contacting our technical support. Any returns received without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
All returned items must include all of their original manuals, CDs, license codes, power adapters, cables, brackets, accessories, packaging and boxes. If any software licenses or subscription services are already activated, they are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. Labor services are not refundable in any situation.
We value your business and we want you to be overly pleased. We reserve the right to make exceptions, at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
