SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8. Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 2003 or 2008. High-speed internet access (cable, DSL, T1, wireless, fiber optic).


About the Connection Process

When you click the launch button, you may be prompted to install the plugin. You will be assigned a unique client ID number, which must be provided to the remote technician. The client ID number will be valid for only one session. For future remote support sessions, a new ID number will be issued upon connection. This is to ensure that you will remain in control of your computer's security.

This system uses SSL encryption, similar to security mechanisms used in online shopping sites. The connection procedure will not allow us to connect to your computer unless you are there to confirm our connection. And once we disconnect, we cannot reconnect to your computer without your confirmation.

Are you worried about security?

That's a good thing! We all need to be very careful online. When we start the session, your browser will prompt you to install an ActiveX plug-in to facilitate the secure communications. You will receive one or more security notices which must be approved. Rest assured that we will never ask for your credit card or bank information via e-mail or on the web.

Payment Options

Your payment arrangements must be made prior to initiating a remote support session. We will coordinate with you or your company's billing department to establish a payment method. You won't need a credit card during the connection process.
